It’s ease to go for money first because it makes life easier but for a hardworking woman who isn’t lazy to dump her responsibilities on a man, she will find money unattractive.

As for physical looks, that’s just to please a momentarily spark in our eyes and that spark dies once their bad personality comes to the surface. It isn’t what attracts an idea disciplined woman.
