You nailed it. Although, I believe the disproportional pay gap is a way of showing male superiority over women. Because most of the jobs require the same level of energy resources from men and women.

And if you talk about competence, we all know women are more competent and professional in their work than men. Isn't that why women got into the workforce after World War 2?
