You made a valid point. Medium has certainly evolved, so the writers should too. However, incentives encourage writers and we are not getting the appropriate rewards for our hard work.

Other platforms enable writers to grow by promoting their content outside them or giving out cash benefits from time to time. Medium's Twitter account doesn't do enough promotion of their content. Medium has to introduce more rewards aside from the monthly earnings.
