You are very much on point. I find older men less condescending than younger men. An older man knows when to sacrifice his ego to please his woman but a young man will be adamant. Even when he's wrong, he will insist on making the woman feel guilt.

I'm yet to see a young man who compromises his ego for a healthy relationship. Maybe I haven't been lucky because I'm not looking in their direction. However, seeing what most women endure from their younger husbands, I have no desire to lower my taste in men.
