Why won't the bill get past Congress when we have a weak President?

…regularly. But that’s just …regularly. But that’s just theatrics. It’s the substantive concessions which are really concerning. The fanatics gained power over the rules of the House, what kinds of bills make it to the floor, and worst of all, over the US budget itself.
