Vocal need to put in more effort in SEO optimization. What I don't like about them is the fraudulent tact they use in paying writers. The site encourages writers to drive readers to the articles and SEO is the easiest way to do that.

When you optimise your content and google drives traffic to your work, Vocal will think you scammed the traffic and cease your funds. And when you question them, they will write to Stripe, making up some bs. Then Stripe will ban your account.

Personally, I haven’t had any problem with them but I have seen a lot of writers lose their earnings after putting in time and energy into their work. I hope they stop this cheap tact because it doesn’t boost their credibility.
