Victoria your point of view is entirely different from the topic I wrote on. My post is all about muscle building workouts. People with anorexia are often unaware that healthy dieting is also a part of weight loss plan. In fact the two go together, one can't go without the order (diet and exercise).
I merely stated the exercises to incorporate in your weight loss plan. I did not include the diet part of the weight loss plan.

I do understand your concern and I'm sorry to hear about your friend struggling with anorexia.
