This has actually worked to reduce my insomnia. I have conditioned my body to activation sleep by 10 pm and I wake up by 1am or 2am to do my work. Now once it’s 10pm, no matter what I’m doing, I immediately get sleepy, I shut everything down and sleep. No need for laxatives anymore.
