These days even a fling has expectations. As I'm getting older I no longer have tolerance for stressors i.e expectations. Having a partner is emotionally demanding but I put up with them out of convenience.

What's more important is that I chose who stays and how long. And that power is something I wouldn't be giving up any soon.

I'm just happy I live in a time when woman have control over their bodies. As long as I remember that, it won’t matter how long it takes before I have partnered sex.
