The algorithm is messed up. I see one stories showing repeatedly in one feed. It's as if specific writers get more exposure for their work than others. Also increase in earning per view should be considered.

The audio is a great move, but writers are getting pennies for the hardwork they put into creating inspiring contents and advertising their work. We deserve to be rewarded more for our jobs.

Some writers using paid ads are discouraged from being active on Medium, in fact they are leaving Medium for other platforms because of these issues.
