That view from the mountain was captivating.

All around me, people’s heads turned up and around to take in the impossibly blunt mountains, the fuchsia sky, and the seabirds. For the first time on that trip, I felt grateful to be surrounded by so many people. Their bewildered eyes, seen through mine, made for the most magnificent view yet.
