That statement right there is flawed. Exercise shouldn’t be tied to just weight loss and that’s why you disregard it’s effects to depression.

Think for a second, why do think people are depressed?

As someone you had suffered depression for two years, I know for a fact that the main reason for depression is because we are fighting a stereotype against something we believe.

When we are not accepting something about ourselves, we get anxious and depressed. So it’s more of a fight with our self-worth. And the best way to get of depression is to start feeling good about ourselves, which is where excerising comes in.

Antidepressant takes you to fantasy land, where you feel good and forget your problems exist, that why is really works for most people.

While exercising rewires your brains by activating feel-good hormones.

I know exercising helped with my depression, and still helps me distress and feel good whenever I’m worked up.

Depression is a mental illness that requires mental cure by improving once perception of self.

So when you link exercise to just body fat, you disregard its effect on your brain.
