Thank you! This is the same argument I have with people who think I'm insensitive to overburdened parents.

You know how difficult it is to raise one child and you go on to have multiple of them and then expect your friends and relatives to contribute to raising your battalion children.

Yet when these children become adults and begin assisting financially and otherwise you never remember those people that helped you out when you needed support. We are all selfish. Everyone thinks of what favors them. So I have learned to put myself first too. I don't go out of my way to help if I know I'm not comfortable with what I'm asked to do. Anyone criticizing my decision is a real ass hypocrite and I don't give a damn about their opinions.
