Such a rich content. You provided a lot of valuable information on the brain and body system. If there are supplements I recommend for overall health would be omega-3 and Vitamine B.

I noticed my cognitive functions and skin improved since I added these supplements to my wellness routine.

I have never tried charcoal activation but I have heard of its benefits in detoxification. I will do more digging on that. But for now, I use infused water, fruits and veggies to detox.

I just gave myself one week of eating only fruits and veggies drinking only fruit-infused water. It cleans my guts well. As for plant-based diets, that's something I can't try.
