Subways are no fun but they are faster.

… just like that I was a Porteño, riding the rails as cheaply and efficiently as everyone else. After observing my fellow Subte riders, I had no problem not paying impromptu musical performers or ignoring the pack of gum the guy passing them out put on my knee in hopes that my senses would be overtaken by my immediate gum needs.
