Pathetic! Men think modern women are marrying like their ancestors. Someone should remind them that their ancestors didn't have an education, but we do. Their ancestors did have jobs but we do. Their ancestors didn't own properties, let alone dream of having a vision. But we do.

Modern women are worlds apart from our ancestral women. And you can't send us back to the 20s even though the Republicans are fighting to do so. We are more resilient and courageous than our ancestors. Our mothers couldn't do without men, we can.
