My paternal grandma lived up to 110. And she was still walking and doing things by herself, except she didn't recognize people sometimes. My dad on the other hand didn't live up to 90. He died at 68. And suffered complicated illness years before dying.

From what I have seen, sugar is the main source of most health tragedies so I have started by cutting sugar off my diet. Now my sugar source comes from food and fruits.

I wish to be as healthy as possible till my last day. But as humans, we can only do the best we can and leave the rest to God.
