Most Millennials parents want to be besties with their children instead of leaders.

Your bestie will always sugar coat your wrongs but a leader will tell your error as it is.

Also, children learn good values from their leader not their bestie. If you are a weak parent your children will grow up weak and resent you when they realize how you failed them.

Maybe parents can think hard about this before leading their children astray.
