Mind-blowing! I think assumption contributes 60% of the 35,000 in our mind. I would say to myself “instead of assuming s/he did this or that, why not ask them?”

And when I finally let my voice out, I often realise I wasted a significant amount of time and energy breeding useless thoughts. Thank you for the pleasant reminder of how unproductive we consume the human mind.
