Medium pays for time spent on the article. So the time so don't reading or listening means the same. But that should be our worry now.

Medium has terribly cut how they calculate reading time per reader. If they were calculating a minute for 5 cents per reader before, now it's 40mins for 5 cents. Which is horrible. Because some people are fast readers and read reader an article in 20 secs.

So now we don't get paid for a reading time under 2 minutes like we used to. This explains why our stats and earnings are tanking.
