Mcj, that's a smart choice, choosing to give him a divorce. I assume you were unemployed so the law wouldn't grant you custody in the first place. If your ex knew he was going to get half custody of the children, I'm sure he would have done what most men do under that circumstances. He would have moved out and leave you with a heavy emotional and financial burden.
