It’s funny how apologies can be overrated. Sometimes we even say sorry for not hearing a question asked. Though saying sorry makes us appear humble, I get irritated when someone says sorry to avoid giving an explanation for something they did wrong. We could use some growing up and be courageous to express ourselves instead of passing off a flimsy apology.
