It took me year to go on a car trip after my accident.

…. And the thing is I have been trying to do so through sessions with a mental health support group. While the phobia is still around, the relaxation techniques I learned, especially the breathing exercises, help me cope each time I have to take a new route or merge onto a busy highway.

It took me year to go on a car trip after my accident. Even till date, whenever I'm in a motor cycle that fear grips me. Especially, in Nigeria I don't use bike. I would rather walk.
