One might ask, how could you be happy when your life has not turned out as planned? Simple. I have learned happiness starts within me. Happiness is not an object under the ocean or in outer space seeking to be discovered. Happiness has to start in one’s own mind, body, and spirit, and only then can it be projected outward to the world. It is our responsibility to create happiness for ourselves and believe it into existence.
