But from my observation with other accounts that got de-activated is either the writer publishes frequently like almost every day or they were engaging excessively to attract engagement on their posts.

Medium is really cracking down on any deceitful practices in a bid to increase earnings.

I chatted them about this same issue regarding another writer and they said they will look into. Luckily, the account got restored after a few days.

Deactivated account are picked up by bots due to malicious activities but after human evaluation they reactivate the accounts.

If you have sent them a message be patient, they will restore your account. I will also apply on your behalf.
