I understand your position. However, the thought of men having a role model is important if men acknowledge they are lost.
You don’t see men's support group easily because men don't admit they need help. They can go to therapy but most don’t. Men do not show their ignorance for fear of mockery.
If they need help, then the should start asking for it. Beside their first role model should be their father but since they are too self absorbed, they end up creating a generation of lost men.
