…ll the most painful stories in a new language in a matter of months, dressed in laughter and smiles. I want you to see that someone can accomplish superhuman feats here without anything changing at all in response. I want you to see this and refuse to accept it.

I think we all have some sort of internalized abuse. Racism is a touchy subject and it will take years to be unshackled by its rot. Reading your encouraging words made me reflect on a lot of things.
