I think this is where bully started. Kids imitate their parents. When a child sees his father abuse his mother or mock other people, they think it's a normal behaviour and grow up repeating the same unhealthy behavior.

So if we are to stop bullying in schools, we must begin with parents. And some of these parents are so immature that they humiliate teachers in front of students.
