I think the major reason even radical feminist are silent on the matter of rape in porn industry is because the human body is the commodity.
We treat commodities whoever we chose be it food, or physical properties. If I bought a Prada bag you can't tell me how I choose to use. I can drag it in the rain or expose it to the sun or even match on it however I please.
But in this context the human body is the commodity with emotions, they feel, which should make a difference. However, its difficult making a law that protects both the commodity and the buyer. It's like placing a limit on your money's worth.
I sincerely hope their will be a restructuring on Judicial system because as long as emotional and psychological abuses are swept under the carpet, we won't regard the hard works sex workers do to keep rapist at bay.
I mean, imagine the number of sexually starved people who visit brothels, and call girls? Those folks would multiply the already increasing rapist population.
