I think that’s the most important question to ask whenever we get stuck in our heads with worries about our body size.
This Christmas I added 12 pounds and I feel just the same as I was before munching on junk food.
However, I don’t want my size to increase further and I like being around 155 kg bracket so I’m doing some work to shady the excess fat. But I’m not overworking myself or obsessing over my goal.
We shouldn’t judge ourselves harshly, doing so will cause some mental health damages, and that is the last place I want to be.
Seriously, anything that causes me to feel bad about my existence is a thought I don’t indulge.
