I think our life expectancy is dwindling because we take responsibility for every other thing except what we eat.

Poor eating habits are tough to quit, so we just munch on everything that looks delicious. I have adopted a different way of cutting my cravings.

I make sure I detox every month. I take green tea instead of coffee and I have cut off sugary food. Now when I taste anything sugary my system acts funny. I get this intense tummy ache, a sign my body is reacting to the food.

Most importantly, I don't go a week without exercising four times. I feel off when I miss any of these routines.

It may not be the perfect lifestyle but it has become mine and I'm loving the fact that my weight is under control without overworking myself.
