I realized that whenever I lazy and shared my plans in public I always get motivated to accomplish that goal.

This practice also helped me heal from depression. Speaking about your mental illness in public can boost your courage to seeking a lasting solution to it.

But make sure to filter negative comments. People can be selfish so make sure to be selfish enough to only accept comment or companions that do not criticise your efforts.
