I had a conversation with a close friend just recently about gender biase and I realized men know that we are as capable as them in doing most jobs and rewarded for less.

I think the game plan is to keep women subjugated. They think if women are paid equally as men then they have levelled the field on equality.

And you know that last thing a man will do is to admit he was wrong and the woman are right.

Men don't admit there is gender pay gap because that will result in exposing all other biases against women.
