I don’t harbour such sentiments because I don’t feel like I’m missing out on anything. I mean as far as relationships goes. I date men of all status except for the younger folks.

I just have a different perception about our marriage culture. I find it limiting and prejudiced against women. That is why I have no biases whether the man is single or married or separated. For me, he’s just a man, period.

I feel like marriage doesn’t allow women to accept themselves as they should or express their opinion freely like any other human being. And that’s a shame.

Because if men are not changing their ways, and you forgive and accept his habits of disrespecting your home, then that says so little of you (the wife).
