I didn’t see where the writer specified “some women” in her subtitle. Nor did I see “some” in her feminism statement.

I would defend feminism because I believe in what feminism stands for. Individual choices do not change what feminism is. The fact that someone goes contrary to its principles doesn’t change the core definition of feminism. And feminism isn’t just a women’s movement.

If men were calling out their abusers like the women are all over the media, we wouldn’t be having this conversation, would we? Haven’t women been intersectionalized for ages? Has it stopped us (women) from pursuing our course. Have we not been speaking up until our voices were heard?

Men should shove their egos and call out injustice. You don’t expect us to fight our battles and theirs too while they fold their hands and watch us.

They should join women with full force to get rid of social stereotypes and biases if they feel unjustly ignored.

But wait, they won’t since it benefits patriarchy and most men are comfortable in that world.
