I did egg dieting one time. I would eat 2 to 4 eggs a day and I lost a significant amount of weight. What happened was that I was on the read for six months and I needed to remain in a specific weight size.
Eating random food in restaurants would have deterred my goal. So I calculated my calories and cut down most food that will spike up my calorie limit if I included egg in my diet. I was surprised when eating boiled eggs twice a day lead to losing 10 pounds or so.
