I can't believe doctors say this. Anyway they say a lot of crap in the name of ethics.

You can lose weight at any age. But it is harder to lose weight when you are older because your body metabolism is not as active as it was when you were younger.

However, with mindful healthy habits and regular exercises you can lose those pesky fat.
