I can imagine your frustration. My daughter tried turning me into her drive but I don’t have that kind of patient. I figured it was better she drives my car than be her driver. I don't want to get her a car just yet. Maybe you can ask different dealers to put you on the list and notify you when they have a car the fits your budget.
