Fantastic! I like how you explicitly wrote these points. I eat twice a day. One main meal and breakfast. The rest of the day, I eat fruits or one boiled egg.
I try to limit my calorie consumption in food by skipping a meal each day without eliminating any particular dish. I noticed my new diet habit doesn't increase or reduce my weight and I like it.
My point is you don't need to fast for hours or restrict your diet to stay in shape.
