Dr Mehmet, you just blew my mind again. I never understood how visceral fat grows. I’m also learning more on the different types of body fat.

I agree skipping meal time helps burn fat. I stick to eating twice a day with one main meal only. The rest of the day I take fluid, fruits or snacks.
