I never saw the said article but it's good to know why the pub was shut down. Also, I believe Winston had other reasons but the article just escalated the whole thing because it doesn't explain why he shut down his account too.

However, I'd commend his abrupt action even though it was disrespectful. Seeing how dangerous popularity plays on ones mental health, I think people should take down their social account when they can't handle despicable backlash from the public. Too many people have died because of such online attacks.
