Damn! I could hug you for this. Our so-called nice guys don’t get it. Being nice doesn’t come with a price tag. You laid it out pretty well. You don’t fake niceness and except women not to see the motive behind your actions.

It’s so lame to expect sex, affection or a relationship for being nice. It’s that entitlement mentality in men that keeps them thinking women owed them for whatever nice act the play.

If you want sex or relationship from a girl, just ask it but don’t hide behind the curtains hoping to get it.

The point is at the beginning of any conversation, a guy already knows what he wants from the girl. So if pretending to be nice is your game for getting laid, a smart girl will see it and friend zone you, not because you are not her type but because she doesn’t see your confidence in yourself.
