…’re told we can improve our mental health by spending 15 minutes each day meditating or doing yoga. I think it stands to reason we can harm our mental health by spending 15 minutes each day trying in vain to deal with customer service.

Customer reps can frustrste you. If one is talking to them as an exercise, I doubt you will be mentally stable after the calls.
