China's overpopulated rate is worrisome.

…of investment and construction in Foshan is amazing. It feels like the heyday of China’s expansion. People are shifting from living and working in Guangzhou to using the Foshan-Guangzhou express train, only one hour, to live in Foshan and commute daily to Guangzhou. The population (as of 2023) is 7.5 million and certainly growing fast.
