Brilliant! You shared in-depth knowledge on the topic of nervous breakdown. And I agree breathing exercise helps to calm the mind when it's stressed. There are times I have panic attacks, and the simplest remedy I used is mindful breathing. Basically, listening to my breathing as I inhale in and out.
