Brilliant! I didn't recognize this was bad when I worked as a salesgirl for a clothing store. I noticed how my boss would back me in a corner when she needed me to extend my working hours without extra pay or bonus. At that time, I felt powerless but I obeyed because I thought is was the employers prerogative.
