Brilliant! For me, I had to work on letting go of the past to find happiness. I used to be a sensitive person, sometimes I still am. But learning not to be affected by what people say against me has truly helped to bring out that indifferent attitude in me. So if I don't allow something to stick to my skin, I don't get emotional about it. And if I'm not emotional about it, I don't hold anything against the person. It's been nothing but bliss mastering this skill.
