After reading your article I couldn't help but feel Medium is faking our stats. They are now manipulating our stats to size down on payout.

How is it possible that a writer with 16k followers gets less than 300 views on their post? Or a post getting more fans than readers? I see my monthly views increases yet the reads are very low. It makes no logical sense. I do believe something fishy is going on with the system.
